FITNESS By Design Studio keeps you moving!
Participating in a group fitness class is one of the most enjoyable and effective ways to get fit! All fitness levels are welcome and various intensity levels are shown for every exercise. Class sizes average at no more than 8 clients, so you'll always receive plenty of personal attention and instruction.
We offer Core, Strength Training, Functional Flexibility, and Pietra classes. Once we meet for a complimentary consultation, we'll help you get started in on your journey.

Discover the history and beauty of the Land of Lincoln. We visit the charming town of Nauvoo and Lincoln's New Salem on our way to Springfield, Illinois. Once there we take a deep dive into the life of Abraham Lincoln, visiting the Great Western Depot, the Lincoln Presidential Museum and Lincoln's Tomb.
