The day begins with a furniture making demo by Robby Pedersen, the owner of RVP 1875, the world's leading historical furniture shop and museum. (voted Outstanding Tourist Attraction in Iowa.) After a scatter lunch on the town square, we take in a comedy play at the Opera House. There will be time for shopping, a tour of the historic courthouse and a spectacular view from the town's Bell Tower before departing for Deal Orchard to enjoy some apple pie a la mode.
