Travel with us to the Amanas for some holiday shopping and a delicious lunch at the famous Ox Yoke Inn.

Originally founded in the 1850s by German settlers, the Amana Colonies flourished for decades as a totally self-sufficient communal society. With many of the old world charms still around today, like beer halls, German-style cuisine and a wide selection of Amana-made products available at every shop, the colonies celebrate the holidays in their distinct fashion.

While there, we will have a guided tour that includes the Museum of Amana History, Amana Meat Shop and Smokehouse, General Store, Broom and Basket Shop, Furniture Shop and a Winery & Tasting Room!

On the way to the Amanas, we will spend a few hours at Tanger Outlet in Williamsburg so you can get a jump on your holiday shopping!
